Did anyone get Bells Palsy while they were pregnant? If you did, did it ever go away? My daughter is 2.5 (tomorrow) and I came down with BP when I was thirty-something weeks pregnant and I'm STILL having issues with it. Most people say it's not noticeable, but to me, it is. It's something that I'm VERY insecure about. When I laugh, smile, indulge in adult beverages, cry, don't get enough sleep, it's there. It's like a huge monster that just haunts me.
I would love to hear your thoughts/experiences :)

My mom has it. She got it
My mom has it. She got it when she was 30 weeks pregnant with my brother (I'm now 25 and he is 9) and til this day she is very insecure about it. It never really went away but it has gotten better with time. If I didnt know her personally then I wouldnt be able to tell but because I know her, I can tell. She doesnt like to take pictures or anything of the sort. I always tell her it's not a big deal, but of course, it's different for me b/c I'm not in her shoes. I'm pregnant now, but I dont know if I will get it or not.
They had her doing mouth exercising and stuff of that nature, I do believe it helped though, because I can see a big difference. And as of now, its not all that noticable but she continues to be really insecure about it.
I'm not sure if this helped, I hope so. It will be better, and I'm sure other ppl will hardly notice.
